This week's mailbag feels a bit more inside baseball and/or TV nerdy than usual, with questions on TV retcons — i.e., when a show rewrites a bit of its own pre-established history — weird requests of critics to not reveal certain plot points in their reviews, and a question about notable items on the bookshelves in my home office.

First up, we've got retcons, retcons, and more retcons, inspired by the fact that the Scrubs revival retconned out the demolition of the original Sacred Heart building, which happened during what we either consider Scrubs Season Nine or Scrubs Med Season One:
