It's Monday, which means it's time for another episode of the TV Is Good podcast, where Kathryn VanArendonk and I look at notable television shows from the present and the past. This week, we go big in physical stature, and then we go big in career stature. You guessed it, it's the Jack Reacher / Louie DePalma mashup the world has been clamoring for!

First up, after threatening to make Kathryn watch Reacher since we began planning this podcast nearly a year ago, I finally made it happen. And because it took so long to get around to it, we were able to fold in a discussion of the new Reacher spin-off Neagley. Come enjoy as I tell Kathryn about the size of Reacher's hands, and that time in an early book when his pecs literally stopped a bullet!
From there, we went back to the late Seventies for an episode of one of a classic underrated sitcom, Taxi's "Louie Sees the Light," which was one of the early spotlight episodes on Danny DeVito as disgusting boss Louie DePalma. There's some broader Taxi discussion in there, and I'm always happy to recommend episodes of that show beyond the handful I list at the end of the segment.
