A review of this week's Star Trek: Strange New Worlds episode, "Orders of Magnitude" — with spoilers — coming up just as soon as I like but don't love caves...
What's this? Two normal Star Trek episodes out of the last three? Is that even legal?

On the whole "Let's just tell a Star Trek story on a Star Trek show" front, "Orders of Magnitude" wasn't quite as successful as "Off Hour," but it was still very satisfying. In a week when the franchise celebrated its 60th anniversary, it felt good to have an episode evoking a lot of classic Trek stories involving moral quandaries, Starfleet interlopers with a different way of doing business, a seemingly routine away team mission turning perilous, and all those classic hits. Plus, Joe Morton!
